Personal development

As a Paradigm Norton graduate trainee, you will benefit from a manager dedicated to your personal development, an excellent training regime and be an integral part of the growth of the firm. Our culture is one of continual improvement and we welcome all ideas; in fact, we look to our graduate trainees to think innovatively and challenge our processes to continually improve the business.

With the intimacy and dynamic approach of a smaller business yet the size and opportunities of a much larger business, this is the perfect time to be a part of the Paradigm Norton journey. As we are solely focused on servicing the financial and tax planning needs of our clients, as a graduate trainee with us you can be certain that a career in financial planning is your end destination.

Training and support

Our programme is a five-year scheme from which you will emerge a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner ready to lead client relationships.

We support your development by paying for exam entry and revision material as well as providing a generous bonus scheme for exam passes. Your side of this agreement will be to work and study hard to navigate the exams and professional qualifications, this will inevitably require some weekend and evening study. We grant one day of study leave a month and you will find your work colleagues, some of whom themselves will be studying, will be more than supportive.

We believe exams are only a small part of the journey to becoming a Financial Planner, so from month one we aim to involve our graduate trainees in client meetings, organise for you to attend professional events and benefit from outside training.
