Anne Ferguson

HR & Compliance Administrator

Anne has worked for Paradigm Norton (and the company in its previous forms) for over 20 years on a part-time basis.

She has previously worked mainly in the Compliance team but has recently also taken on the role of HR administrator.

Anti-money laundering is one of her key areas of knowledge and responsibility and she makes sure that all the records are kept up to date. In her HR role she will be supporting the HR Manager with all aspects of recruitment and maintaining staff records for the company.

Outside of work

Anne enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, long country walks and looking after her two Arab horses. Anne has great fun travelling all over the country with her daughter who competes in long-distance competitions with the horses.
