Caron has been with Paradigm Norton for 22 years, having joined Norton Partners in 1996. For the past 11 years Caron has supported Sean and together they provide their clients with a first-class service.

Outside of work
Walking the Inca trail, Peru, to raise money for Penny Brohn, a local Bristol charity was the catalyst for Caron’s love of walking. Now walking is a passion: hill walking, coastal paths and especially the Dorset coast, where Caron and her husband celebrate after every walk with locally caught fish and chips and a bottle of chilled prosecco on the beach.
