Cathy is dual qualified as both a Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant, with a decade of experience at KPMG. She has also spent time in industry working for a technology start up.
Cathy joined Paradigm Norton in 2021 to lead the Tax team. She specialises in all matters relating to personal tax and tax planning, having previously worked with a wide range of clients including family offices, large family groups, non-UK resident individuals and entrepreneurs pre and post transaction.
Cathy enjoys becoming a trusted advisor to her clients and supporting and educating families through periods of succession planning. Translating difficult tax concepts into something clients can understand is one of her key skills.
Outside of work
Cathy volunteers as a Guide Leader for her local Guide Unit and sits on The Princes’ Trust South West Development committee. She also enjoys walks with her dog Rolo and going for long runs in and around the countryside where she lives.
