Charlotte joined Paradigm Norton as a financial planning assistant in 2010. Charlotte quickly found a niche for herself through developing a detailed understanding of the processes and risk elements of the role.
This led Charlotte to be appointed to the newly created role of Risk and Operations Officer. Working alongside Matt in operations and IT, Charlotte’s skill set grew and she was tasked with introducing Paradigm Norton’s security management system across all locations. This saw her be promoted to role of information technology security officer.
Charlotte is now focusing her efforts on obtaining the internationally recognised certificate IS027001 for Paradigm Norton.
Outside of work
Charlotte enjoys spending time with her young family and their boisterous chocolate Labrador.
Our team foodie, Charlotte is our go-to trip adviser for recommendations on places to eat in Bristol, but she doesn’t just tell you about the food, she knows a good tipple too!
