David Burridge
Client Manager & FP Operations Manager
As a Chartered Financial Planner and a fellow of the Personal Finance Society, David works directly with clients to create and manage their long-term financial planning strategies centred around a lifetime cashflow plan.

David works closely with Lee Dunn helping some of Paradigm Norton’s larger and more complex client families, often in conjunction with other professionals.
David was instrumental in creating Paradigm Norton’s graduate programme and is responsible for future developments of the scheme to aid its continuing success. As a member of the Culture and Values team, he contributes to moulding the future of the firm. David passionately believes in growing the profession of financial planning and continuing to grow our own unique brand of financial planning within it.
Outside of work
David has a passion for learning and enjoys reading and is hoping to write his own book one day. To keep fit David enjoys running and attending the gym, as well as the odd game of tennis. Having just purchased his first home he is hoping to become a DIY aficionado!
