Henaa joined the Paradigm Norton London team in 2019 taking on the newly created role of Administration Manager.

Previously an adjudicator for the financial ombudsman service, acting as a mediator between consumers and financial institutions, Henaa truly understood the expectations clients have of finance professionals.

Not wanting to leave the world of finance but with a desire to broaden her skill set and financial awareness, Henaa sought an opportunity with Paradigm Norton. This step enabled Henaa to see the positive outcomes financial planning can deliver and focus on doing good rather than fixing what went wrong.

Outside of work

Henaa enjoys busy, city life, having travelled from Bristol to London for university and never leaving. Henaa enjoys seeking out new and exciting eateries, boutique clothes stores and anything ‘on-trend’. If we need a recommendation to try something new – we all just ask Henaa.
