Jade Truckle
Financial Planning Assistant
Jade’s background starts in Financial Services, having previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland. She then retrained as a Primary School Teacher, however, after a short time decided that this wasn’t her calling and returned to Financial Services when she joined Paradigm Norton in 2019.
“I love being part of such a hard-working, dedicated and client-driven team. Everyday I am inspired and motivated by the people around me.”
Being numerical, Jade wanted to develop her skills and knowledge in this area. To embed into the Paradigm Norton way, Jade gets involved with existing and new projects, enjoying the challenges these present and exploring new ways of working to improve processes. Being a perfectionist, Jade strives for high standards in everything she does, a great fit for the Paradigm Norton team.
Jade strongly believes in “treating others the way that you would like to be treated”, in both her personal and professional life. This is reflected in her approach to her work and delivering a client experience that she would expect to receive.
Outside of work
Jade enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit and active. She can often be found on long walks with her dog, Rosie. When she is not busy recreating recipes in the kitchen or baking treats and novelty cakes for her friends and family, Jade likes to settle down with a good crime novel.
