Janette Tucker

Janette joined Paradigm Norton in 2018 as an Executive Assistant for one of the directors.
She is an integral member of the team, being responsible for providing administration support as well as the preparation of client portfolios and financial reviews. This requires a high degree of organisation and priority management.
Janette has worked in administration throughout her career, having previously worked at Clerical Medical for 14 years progressing from administrator to team manager. More recently, she has worked for the NHS and as an administration manager for a local children’s hospice. Janette is passionate about providing a high standard of support and by being able to make a difference by the service she provides.
Outside of work
Janette is a social butterfly juggling her free time between visiting friends and family. In 2016 Janette got to witness the once in a lifetime collaboration between Elton John and Ed Sheeran singing her favourite song and ever since Ed has been a secret hero of hers (although after this declaration it won’t be much of a secret anymore!).
