John Bigwood
Financial Controller
John joined Paradigm Norton in 2016 bringing with him over 20 years of financial management experience both in industry and practice. He has worked across a range of businesses such as film & TV, digital marketing and financial services.

John manages the financial function, overseeing the weekly, monthly and annual cycles as well as maintaining long and short-term forecasting tools that have helped shape the growth of Paradigm Norton.
He has been instrumental in putting in place robust processes and procedures. These have facilitated the provision of detailed and relevant financial information to both the board and other stakeholders on a timely basis so that the business can achieve its goals and aspirations.
Outside of work
John started out life with aspirations of being a pop star and has spent the last 30 years wondering what went wrong. He enjoys playing and listening to music, football and running but mostly loves spending time with his family.
