John works with Paul Hardinges in a financial planning role. He joined Paradigm Norton in 2014 having worked in the Financial Services ‘industry’ for 18 years.

John has a keen interest in the use of technology to improve our service to clients. He has been a leader in the use of cashflow planning to help planners and clients reach informed decisions in collaboration.

John is a member of the Retirement Planning Committee and has contributed to improving internal processes.

Outside of work

John is a keen cyclist and commutes across Bristol each day to work. Life at home is hectic and fun with a nine-year-old and a two-year-old providing very different demands (and rewards). John is a lifelong Liverpool fan and is trying not to let his expectations get too high.
