"I enjoy Financial planning as I get to meet people from all different walks of life. The reason I chose to work for Paradigm Norton is because clients are always the focus of every decision and that shines through."

Kelsie has been in the Financial services industry since 2017 beginning in Discretionary management services but decided that she wanted to join an Advisory firm to have a feeling of helping people. Joining the Paradigm Norton team at the end of 2020, supporting the London team with administrative tasks and client requests.

Kelsie is working towards a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Outside of work

Kelsie loves going to festivals, Glastonbury being her favourite. On the weekends you will find her trying something fun and new.
