A Law and Business graduate from UWE, Scarlet joined Paradigm Norton in Bristol at the end of 2018 after working as Quality Assurance Representative for M&S Bank.
As a Compliance Officer, Scarlet works closely with colleagues in all areas of the business to ensure the highest standard of service is continually provided for the clients of Paradigm Norton.
Outside of work
Whether it be rock climbing, general fitness at the gym or outdoor endurance training, Scarlet likes keeping active. Coupled with her love for the outdoors, Scarlet has competed in numerous 10km and half marathon running events with the eventual goal of completing a marathon.
