After working as a new business underwriter for Simplyhealth insurance company for over 11 years, Steph decided that she wanted to experience a change in career and was fortunate to join Paradigm Norton in 2016.
Steph works alongside Tracey Reed and Matthew Goddard dealing mainly with the administrative side to financial planning. Her days can be varied involving a mixture of responsibilities such as preparing portfolio reviews, attending client meetings, updating client records and liaising with providers to manage recent requests.
Steph is currently studying towards the Certificate in Financial Services qualification.
Outside of work
Steph is a member of her local netball team who regularly compete in the Bristol Back to Netball League. Also a keen musician, Steph’s favourite pastime is discovering new bands at some of the smaller venues in Bristol.
