Having worked in a HR Generalist capacity both in the UK and internationally, Steph has worked in a variety of organisations managing the employee life cycle from start to finish.
Steph’s passion revolves around performance management, creating valuable and meaningful processes, and always working to ensure that employees are happy, supported and have the opportunities to succeed in their role.
Outside of work
Steph enjoys the outdoors, especially when there are beautiful mountains to ski down, or trails to hike up. When Steph isn’t outside, she enjoys baking/cooking, and can usually be seen with a plate of cheese.
