Improving upon 2018
Increasing three places from 25th in 2018, Paradigm Norton are delighted to be recognised by the respected Financial Times as the 22nd Financial Adviser firm in the UK for 2019, up against many other much larger UK financial services businesses.
2019 has been a very significant year for the firm having become ‘employee owned’ in March and then achieving B Corporation status in September – two significant developments & milestones for the firm. Being recognised in this survey is a measure of how we serve and care for our clients and how we are achieving our goal to be recognised as one of the largest, truly independent financial planning companies in England.
If we can help you, or anyone you know, we are always looking for new clients to work with and serve; please not hesitate to get in touch with me or any of the Paradigm Norton planning team on 01275 370670 or 020 7269 7960. We would be delighted to hear from you.
Seeing the bigger picture
The ‘Financial Adviser Top 100’ has changed its methodology in the past two years. It is now based on a larger amount of data than in previous years, so that the final result is based on a truer picture, after recognising that clients looking for assistance with their financial planning want to know much more than the size of a business and for how long it has been trading.
Whilst for Paradigm Norton, some of the hard facts that are measured by the FT such as revenue growth are important, what is more important for example, is client and team happiness. The business, which was started in 2001, has been built on delivering outstanding client care and by recruiting the best and the brightest financial planners in the UK.
Providing value
The results, according to the FT, provide a snapshot of some of the very best financial advice firms working in the UK today. Paradigm Norton have always sought to enter significant industry and professional awards, as its helpful for clients to see the business being externally benchmarked and critiqued.
